About Zabol Cement Ind.

Zabol Cemet Industries Company (Sistan Cement Factory) was registered in August 2004 with the purpose of production of One Million Ton Portland cement per year. The project was started in March 2006 and the executive operation was done in August 2006. Finally the project was put into operation in February 2009. This Company commenced its activities with the participation contribution of 49 percent of IMIDRO –which was subsequently put up to auction by the Iranian Privatization Organization and was given to local people concerning the privatization policy- and 51 percent local people shares regarding one million tons of Portland cement production per year.

    Zabol Cement Industries Company proudly achieved the followings:
  • Iran's elected industrial Plan in 1386 (2007).
  • Sistan & Balouchestan province's superior elected industrial plan for two successive years (1385 & 1386 – 2006 &2007).
  • Sistan & Balouchestan province's superior elected mineral explorer for the related mineral company (Ehya-e-Ma'aden-e-Dastan Company).

  • Production: Different types of Portland Cement.
  • Capacity of production of Portland Cement: 1 million ton per year.
  • Capacity of production of Clinker: 3400 Ton per day.
  • Site Area: 73.5 Hectare
  • Pozzolan mine Area: 100 Km2.
  • Lime stone Area: 40 Km2.
  • Raw Material Source: Mines near plant (2.5 km).
  • Water Source: Deep wells in and out of the plant.
  • Creation of additional engagement: About 2000 people.
  • Foreseen engagement in commissioning state: more than 350 people.
  • Mechanical machinery : Crusher equipments (T.K.F), Kiln (F.L.S), Raw Mill & Cement Mill (Loesche), Silos equipments (Ibau), Packing Plant (Haver & Boecker), Electrical & instrumentation equipments (Siemens/Elin).
